A few things you have to change if you would like it to look exactly like the picture.
Right click on desktop, click on personalization, go into Windows Color and
Appearance, click graphite and slide color intensity all the way to the left. Then go
into Classic Appearance Properties just below that and unclick Show shadows under menus.
